Angela is a great instructor and lovely lady, also having Sarah there was a big bonus as everyone could discuss a variety of topics with a midwife. I recently took part in the Zoom antenatal pregnancy classes. I cannot recommend these highly enough. After a challenging first labour, I thought my second was likely to be the same. However I really believe that the breathing techniques learned during this block, completely changed my experience. Classes were delivered in a warm and friendly way and were always enjoyable. It was also great having an input from a midwife who was able to answer our questions and give advice. Highly recommend! Thank you 😊
